I would give 0 stars if I could. I left my boxes in a unit for 1 week and once I returned they were infested with black ants and maggots. Have yet to receive a call from the owner, even after calling 3 times. The insurance company we used through Benson's (Property First Group) was supposed to get back to me about my claim last week, but has not yet done so. Overall a horrible horrible experience!
This used to be Carol Benson's place. New owner kept her name and they are not good. Seems like a fire hazard with all kinds of mechanics/side-businesses running right next to the storage units on the same property, gas fumes, sketchy abandoned cars, truck drivers cleaning their big rigs on property, very rude unreachable office staff, very strange billing system, some units with insect droppings, a few unit doors did not work well. The reviewer who gave 5 stars is the owner.
