I had crawled up stairs, used Oxycodone, had a nerve end block, as well as cortisone shots and two previous sessions of physical therapy and pain relieving patches with little pain relief. Within 6 sessions of therapy and following their plan for home exercises I have improved incredibly. I am also encouraging myself to lose weight which will help. I cannot thank them enough for helping to give me my life back with the tremendous improvement in lower back pain. On long trips I took a wheelchair as walking was impossible. Last week I walked around 'Old Sturbridge Village'. I was tired but my back was in very little pain. My feet hurt!!! Thanks to Sarah Fletcher at the Williamsburg Medical Practice for supporting me in my quest for pain relief and referring me to Advance Therapeutics.
Generally very good to excellent. Bob ( the owner) is excellent at evaluations, but I find he sometimes gets distracted during subsequent treatments.
Try not to get scheduled with Shannon. Very nice woman, but not as effective in treatment IMHO. On the other hand, she's been there for years, so she must be doing something right.
I have used Bob and Adam and think they are great. Bob is the man of experience, Adam is learning at a very quick pace. This is a hands on physical therapy experience, it is the best, but do not expect to be monitored while you do exercises or for a stem machine to be attached to you....this is a much higher caliber physical therapy than that.
Adam is great overall.
These people are phenomenal. They really know their stuff. I highly recommend Adv. Therapeutics.
And as a bonus - there's free parking in their lot and on the street.
