This is the second camper that my wife and I have purchased from Diamond RV in Hatfield and because of the lack of service it will be the last. The Sales and Parts department were great. However, when it comes to the service department it’s a definite “NO”. 9-20-17

By the way we had purchased a three thousand dollar plus eight year warrantee and are now told leaks are not covered.

Very knowledgeable salesman DJ showed us everything he could to try and find us what we would like.
Our two year old camper developed a leak in one of the pop-outs, enough to stain the carpet at the beginning of the season. Multiple attempts were made to schedule someone to come out and take a look at it failed. The reason given was that they had a high turnover and were still training people and would get back to us, they never did. Now we are at the end of the season and we finally had an appointment two months out and when I called to confirm I was told that they couldn’t find the appointment.
